Good etiquette

• Wellness area = rest area! We ask for silence!
• Do not reserve loungers (they will be cleared). The loungers serve as a rest area between two sauna sessions. Loungers are available in the relaxation room for the time afterwards
• Please put used towels in collection bins
  

Indoor pool

• Please do not jump off the edge of the pool

Infrared cabin, steam bath, sauna

• Enter – place towel underneath – sit down – wait a while – enjoy – take towel with you
• Whether with or without swimwear in the saunas and steam baths is entirely up to you

Spa beverage source

• Drinks are available on both floors of the spa area
• You can also order “drinks for the spa” in the restaurant in shatterproof glasses, these are not included in the price
• You can enjoy the wellness buffet in the Restaurant between 13:00 and 16:00

Wellness garden

• Breathe in the wonderful fresh air
• Remember the power of the sun. Sunscreen is available at the spa reception

Environmental awareness

• Towels are provided on each floor
• Please use your own slippers. We will be happy to provide you with a complimentary pair of disposable slippers at the front desk, or you may purchase new slippers at the Spa Reception
• Please use as many towels as necessary and as few as possible
• Towel disposal bins are located on each floor

Treatment appointments

We will pamper you with your desired treatments:

• Between 15:30 pm and 6 pm on the day of arrival
• Between 9 am and 6 pm on the day of arrival
• On the day of departure between 9 am and 11:30 am

You will receive your appointment card upon arrival at the hotel. Please arrive on time so that you can enjoy your stay.
We ask for your understanding that missed treatments cannot be made up if you arrive late. Please read the cancellation policy.

• One copy is sufficient per stay unless there is a change in your medical condition

• We provide disposable briefs for body treatments so that your swimwear does not become oily

After the treatment

• Drinking water is very important after a spa treatment You will find it on both floors of the spa
• We also recommend a rest period of about 30 minutes in the spa or in your hotel room

The towel emergency
Are you in your room and don’t have a clean towel? Call “9” and our reception will organize it for you between 7 am and 10 pm. After that, you can use a towel from the wellness area.

Personal hygiene needs
Have you forgotten a personal hygiene item at home? Whether it’s tights, a comb, mouthwash, blister plasters or something else, you can find everything you need in our spa reception shop.

The classic swimsuit & slippers emergency
Left your swimsuit at home? You don’t have to miss your trip to the spa. We have swimsuits and slippers for sale at the Spa Reception.

The midnight bite
Feel free to raid the minibar. Everything is yours!

The cosmetic emergency
Sunscreen and other skin care products are available at Spa Reception.

The gift & souvenir conundrum
Give the gift of bottled joie de vivre. Our Fritsch wines are available at the front desk and spa reception.
The poetry book “Gedichte am Bodensee” (Poems at Lake Constance), inspired by the surroundings and written by Diana Sicher-Fritsch, as well as her vinyl record “Wein & Wirklichkeit” are popular gifts for dear friends and family.

Mountain – Lake – Forest – Meadow

The mountain calls
Our reception will be happy to provide you with information about various walking and hiking routes.
A hike on the Pfänder takes about 45 minutes. A breathtaking view and a magical tour through the wildlife park await you at the top (free of charge).

The lake invites you
Stroll along the promenade and get that lakefront feeling. Lake Constance is called the “Swabian Sea”.
Heading towards Bregenz, you are walking “on the pipeline”! The Transalpine oil pipeline from Trieste via Bregenz to Ingolstadt and Karlsruhe was inaugurated in 1967 At the top, you won’t notice anything but a beautiful hiking and biking trail. The lake invites you to let go. However, you won’t see the most beautiful sunsets directly at the lake, but at the top of Fritsch am Berg. The view over the long side of Lake Constance makes the sunsets seem endless.

The forest offers peace and quiet
The Fritsch forest begins right next to the hotel. A babbling brook provides water. The trees provide shade and tranquility. Animals can be seen from time to time. Many have seen foxes playing or squirrels jumping while sitting in the sauna…

The flower meadows promise ease
The inner child dances lightly on them and unwinds.
