Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy for hotel bookings

  • Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
  • Cancellations up to 1 week prior to arrival are free of charge.
  • Cancellations up to 3 days prior arrival we charge 60% of the total amount as a cancellation fee.
  • In case of no-show without written cancellation, we will charge 90% of the agreed total price.
  • In case of early departure, 100% of the booked stay will be charged.
  • The latest version of the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.

Cancellation policy for our early bird rate

  • Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
  • Free cancellations are not possible.
  • Cancellations or no-shows without written notice will be charged at 100% of the total agreed rate.
  • In case of early departure, 100% of the booked stay will be charged.
  • The latest version of the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.

Cancellation policy for additional bookings (SPA, Day Spa, Health Center, etc.)

  • Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
  • Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the treatment.
  • After that 70% of the booked amount will be charged.
