Our MentalSpa resort in the wellness hotel near Bregenz offers a paradise of peace and regeneration on more than 700 m² for guests aged 16 and over. A wellness basket with bathrobe and towel is already waiting for you in your room. From the elevator, you can comfortably reach the realm of the senses in your bathrobe and slippers. In our wellness area, which extends over two floors, you will not only find numerous saunas, an infrared cabin, loungers and a relaxation room, butalso free towels,showers, shower gels and toilets.

Our controlled ventilation system and a special hygiene and disinfection concept, which applies to all areas of our wellness hotel, ensure a pleasant room climate. We attach great importance to attentiveness and consideration so that you can feel completely at ease.

Sauna landscape at Lake Constance

Opening hours: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Relax in our sauna area, which is open daily from 10 am to 8 pm. Here you will find a wide selection of saunas and steam baths that will help you to regenerate and revitalize your body and mind.

Finnish sauna Strengthen your immune system and improve your skin’s circulation with a visit to our Finnish sauna. You will feel your body being cleansed from the inside out.

Panorama sanarium Enjoy the mild temperatures in our panorama sanarium, which has a temperature of just 60°C with 30-45% humidity. Here you can relax in peace and let your body be revitalized from within.

Infrared sauna You will experience a deep feeling of warmth in your body when you visit our infrared sauna. This sauna is ideal for those with sensitive skin or circulatory problems.

Brine steam bath Treat yourself to a sea breeze in the brine steam bath, which is enriched with a fine salt solution. Take a deep breath and get in touch with your inner self.

Aroma steam bath Open your pores and clear your airways with a visit to our aroma steam bath. Soak in the healing powers of essential oils and relax completely.

Kneipp foot basin Strengthen your immune system and improve circulation in your legs with a refreshing contrast bath in our Kneipp foot basin. Here you can be stimulated and rebalanced.

For indoor sports we expect you to wear sports clothes and indoor sports shoes.
